Braids and Beauty Boutique Ltd made every effort to reproduce the manufacturers product details on this Website as accurately as possible. However, some information may from time to time appear differently whereby a manufacturer has altered their product details or product label, without changing the product unique EAN or UPC barcode. You accept the Product pictures, Wig and Hair models or samples, may differ slightly in photography than the image seen on your digital screen. Making your order:

At busy times orders may take 2-3 days to be dispatched. The majority of orders are received within 2-3 business days after dispatch. As we cannot guarantee the speed of the postal service please allow up to 8 business days for Royal Mail Delivery.
Payments are taken via Paypal. We accept payment in GBP (£).
We do not hold any credit card details. All payments are processed securely through our approved payment provider’s website.
All products purchased through this Website are covered by our 14 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will refund your payment. Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).
For faulty or damaged goods; your statutory rights are not affected.
For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty.
Subject to your UK statutory Consumer rights; we are only able to cancel and refund orders which have been returned to us in a resalable condition. In some cases, an order can be cancelled if it has not already been dispatched.

We will refund to the original payment method used to place the order and provide you with our returns address so you can return the goods to us at your expense.
